Section 63M-15-205 - Member pay - Reimbursement(1) A commission member who is not a legislator may not receive compensation or benefits for the commission member's service, but may receive per diem and travel expenses as allowed in:(b) Section 63A-3-107; and(c) rules made by the Division of Finance in accordance with Sections 63A-3-106 and 63A-3-107.(2) Compensation and expenses of a commission member who is a legislator are governed by Section 36-2-2 and Legislative Joint Rules, Title 5, Legislative Compensation and Expenses.Added by Chapter 91, 2021 General Session ,§ 12, eff. 5/5/2021.Technically renumbered to avoid duplication of section number also enacted in HB297, Chapter 179.
