Section 63C-24-102 - DefinitionsAs used in this chapter:
(1) "Commission" means the Utah Privacy Commission created in Section 63C-24-201.(2) "Governing board" means the Utah Privacy Governing Board created in Section 63A-9-201.(3) "Governmental entity" means the same as that term is defined in Section 63G-2-103. (4) "Independent entity" means the same as that term is defined in Section 63E-1-102.(5) "Office" means the Office of Data Privacy created in Section 63A-19-301.(6) "Personal data" means the same as that term is defined in Section 63A-19-101 .
