Section 54-8-10 - Public hearing - Notice - Publication(1) The governing body shall provide notice of a public hearing on the proposed improvement for the proposed district, as a class B notice under Section 63G-30-102, for at least 14 days.(2) The addresses to be used for the purpose of mailing notice as required by Subsection 63G-30-102(3) shall be: (a) the last address appearing on the real property assessment rolls of the county for each owner of real property whose property will be assessed for the cost of the improvement; and(b) the street number of each piece of improved property to be affected by the assessment.(3) Mailed notices and the published notice shall state where a copy of the resolution creating the district will be available for inspection by any interested parties.Amended by Chapter 435, 2023 General Session ,§ 150, eff. 5/3/2023.Amended by Chapter 345, 2021 General Session ,§ 161, eff. 7/1/2021.Amended by Chapter 355, 2021 General Session ,§ 85, eff. 5/5/2021.Amended by Chapter 84, 2021 General Session ,§ 116, eff. 5/5/2021.Amended by Chapter 90, 2010 General Session.
