Section 53G-10-607 - Assessment of innovation programA teacher in an opportunity class shall:
(1) monitor the extent to which participating student learning and performance are consistent with the criteria established in the innovation program;(2) report the results under Subsection (1) to the LEA governing board, as provided in the approved innovation program; and(3) cooperate with and provide participating student learning and performance data to the director of ULEAD, as defined in Section 53E-10-701, as the director performs the director's duties under Subsection 53E-10-703(7)(b).Added by Chapter 236, 2022 General Session ,§ 8, eff. 5/4/2022.
