Section 53B-8a-301 - DefinitionsAs used in this part:
(1) "529 savings account" means the same as that term is defined in Section 35A-9-601.(2) "Department" means the Department of Workforce Services created in Section 35A-1-103.(3) "Match" means the same as that term is defined in Section 35A-9-601.(4) "Qualifying individual" means the same as that term is defined in Section 35A-9-601, except that the term is limited to individuals for whom the department sends information in accordance with Subsection 35A-9-604(3).Added by Chapter 52, 2023 General Session ,§ 7, eff. 7/1/2023.
