Section 53B-8a-104 - Office facilities, clerical, and administrative support for the Utah Educational Savings Plan(1) The Utah Board of Higher Education shall provide to the plan, by agreement, administrative support and office facilities and space.(2) Reasonable charges or fees may be levied against the plan pursuant to the agreement for the services provided by the Utah Board of Higher Education.Amended by Chapter 374, 2023 General Session ,§ 9, eff. 7/1/2023.Amended by Chapter 6, 2010 General Session.
