Section 49-20-103 - Creation of insurance program(1) There is created for the employees of the state, its educational institutions, and political subdivisions the "Public Employees' Benefit and Insurance Program" within the office.(2) The program may also be known and function as the Public Employees' Health Program, PEHP, or PEHP Health and Benefits.Amended by Chapter 141, 2017 General Session ,§ 7, eff. 7/1/2017.Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 250, 2002 General Session.
