Section 101.054 - Personnel(a) The counsellor may employ lawyers, economists, engineers, consultants, statisticians, accountants, clerical staff, and other employees as the counsellor determines necessary to carry out this subchapter.(b) An employee receives compensation as prescribed by the legislature from the assessment imposed by Subchapter A, Chapter 16.Tex.
