Section 53.351 - Provisions Not Exclusive(a) This subchapter does not:(1) prohibit a cooperative from filing for a new service or a rate change under another applicable provision of this title; or(2) affect the application of a provision of this title not directly related to:(A) establishing rates; or(B) the authority of the commission to require a cooperative to file a report required under this title or the commission's rules.(b) Notwithstanding any other provision of this subchapter, the commission may conduct a review under Subchapter D.
