Section 315.075 - Payment From Available Money(a) The cost of lighting improvements made without a petition by property owners shall be paid by the municipality out of the municipality's available money.(b) The amount paid by a municipality to a contractor under this section shall be reimbursed to the municipality by assessments against abutting property owners under this chapter.Tex.
