Section 315.044 - Opening of Bids; Acceptance or Rejection(a) Bids shall be opened and read at a public meeting of the governing body of a municipality.(b) The governing body may:(1) accept a bid it considers most advantageous to the owners of abutting property; or(2) reject any or all bids.
