Section 8508.0113 - Acquisition, Construction, Maintenance, and Operation of Facilities

The authority may acquire, construct, extend, improve, maintain, reconstruct, use, and operate facilities inside or outside the authority that are necessary or convenient for the exercise of its powers, rights, duties, and functions or the accomplishment of its purposes.
