Section 1122.106 - District Property, Facilities, and Equipment(a) The board shall determine:(1) the type, number, and location of buildings required to maintain an adequate health care district; and(2) the type of equipment necessary to provide medical care in the district.(b) The board may: (1) acquire property, facilities, and equipment for use by the district;(2) mortgage or pledge the property, facilities, or equipment as security for payment of the purchase price;(3) sell or otherwise dispose of property, facilities, or equipment for the district; or(4) lease hospital facilities for the district.Tex.
