Section 1111.058 - Records of Proceedings(a) The board shall require the board secretary to keep suitable records of all proceedings of each board meeting.(b) After each meeting:(1) the manager presiding at the meeting shall read and sign the record; and(2) the board secretary shall attest the record.Tex.
