Section 1110.052 - Qualifications for Office(a) A person may not be elected or appointed as a director unless the person is: (1) at least 18 years of age at the time of the appointment or election;(2) a resident of the district; and(3) a qualified voter.(b) A director who represents a county commissioners precinct must be a resident of that precinct.
