Section 1098.063 - Maintenance of Records; Public Inspection

All district records, including books, accounts, notices, and minutes, and all other matters of the district and the operation of its facilities, shall be:

(1) maintained at the district's office; and

(2) open to public inspection at the district's office at all reasonable hours.
