Section 1090.304 - Election Results(a) If a majority of the votes in an election under this subchapter favor dissolution, the board shall find that the proposition was approved and shall declare the district dissolved.(b) If a majority of the votes in the election do not favor dissolution, the board shall find that the proposition was not approved and shall declare that the district will continue to operate. Another election on the question of dissolution may not be held within 48 months after the anniversary of the date of any preceding election held for the same purpose.Tex. Spec. Dist. Loc.
