Section 1072.056 - Officers(a) The board shall elect a president and a vice president from among the directors.(b) The board shall appoint a secretary, who need not be a director.(c) Each officer of the board serves a one-year term.(d) The board shall fill a vacancy in a board office for the remainder of the unexpired term.
