Section 1061.051 - Board Election; Term(a) The board is governed by a board of seven directors elected from single-member districts.(b) Directors serve staggered four-year terms.(c) An election of directors shall be held in each even-numbered year on the November uniform election date under Section 41.001, Election Code.
