Section 1059.051 - Board Election; Terms(a) The district is governed by a board of seven directors.(b) One director is elected from each commissioners precinct and three directors are elected from the district at large.(c) Directors serve staggered three-year terms.(d) An election shall be held on the uniform election date in May of each year to elect the appropriate number of directors.Tex.
