Section 1053.052 - Ex Officio Manager(a) The ex officio manager has all powers of another manager, except the ex officio manager may not vote.(b) The ex officio manager shall:(1) attend executive sessions of the board; and(2) have access to all documents reviewed or considered by the board or its staff.
