Section 1050.056 - Board Vacancy(a) If a vacancy occurs in the office of an elected director, the remaining directors shall appoint a director for the unexpired term.(b) If a vacancy occurs in the office of an appointed director, the Commissioners Court of Knox County shall appoint a director for the unexpired term.
