Section 1047.251 - Imposition of Ad Valorem Tax(a) The district may impose a tax on all property in the district subject to district taxation.(b) The tax may be used to:(1) pay the principal of and interest on bonds authorized by Section 1047.201; and(2) maintain and operate a hospital or hospital system.
