Section 1045.060 - Attorney; Assistant Administrators(a) The board may appoint qualified persons as:(1) the attorney for the district; and(2) assistant administrators.(b) The attorney for the district and the assistant administrators serve at the will of the board and are entitled to the compensation determined by the board.
