Section 1037.253 - Tax Assessor-Collector(a) The board shall appoint a tax assessor-collector to assess and collect taxes imposed by the district.(b) The district tax assessor-collector must reside in the district.(c) The board shall set for the district tax assessor-collector:(1) the term of employment; and(2) compensation.
