Section 1009.054 - Ballot Petition(a) A person who wants to have the person's name printed on the ballot as a candidate for director must file a petition requesting that action.(b) The petition must be: (1) signed by at least 10 qualified voters; and(2) filed at least 25 days before the date of the election.
