Section 62.010 - Exceeding Bag Limits, Hunting During Closed Season, Etc.; Penalty(a) No person may kill or take more than the daily, weekly, or seasonal bag limits for game birds or animals as set out in this code.(b) No person may hunt any game bird or animal at any time of the year other than during the open season provided by this code.(c) No person may kill, take, capture, wound, or shoot at any game bird or animal for which no open season is set out by this code.(d) No person may possess an illegally killed game bird or animal.(e) Repealed by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 267, art. 3, Sec. 110, eff.
