Section 61.052 - General Regulatory Duty(a) The commission shall regulate the periods of time when it is lawful to hunt, take, or possess game animals, game birds, or aquatic animal life in or from the places covered by this chapter.(b) The commission shall regulate the means, methods, and places in which it is lawful to hunt, take, or possess game animals, game birds, or aquatic animal life in or from the places covered by this chapter.Tex.
