(a) The commission may adopt rules setting open and closed seasons for the noncommercial taking of redfish and speckled sea trout.(b) No person may catch and retain a redfish or speckled sea trout during a closed season set by the commission under Subsection (a) of this section.(c) Repealed by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 267, art. 3, Sec. 110, eff.
