Section 1101.505 - Denial of Certificate Issuance or Renewal(a) The denial of an original certificate of registration or renewal of a certificate of registration is subject to the same provisions as are applicable under Section 1101.364 to the denial of a license.(b) The commission may deny the renewal of a certificate of registration if the applicant is in violation of a commission order.Tex.
