Section 1002.253 - License Application(a) An applicant for a license under this chapter, including an applicant for a temporary or reciprocal license, must apply on a form prescribed by the board that is signed by the applicant.(b) The application must include:(1) information concerning the applicant's education;(2) a detailed summary of the applicant's relevant work experience; and(3) a signed statement that the applicant has read and will comply with the code of professional conduct adopted under this chapter.(c) The application must be accompanied by the appropriate application fee.Tex.
