Section 1001.554 - Presentation of Complaints By Board; Assistance At Trial(a) A member of the board may present to a prosecuting officer a complaint relating to a violation of this chapter or Chapter 1071.(b) The board through its members, officers, counsel, and agents and subject to the control of the prosecuting officer may assist in the trial of a case involving an alleged violation of this chapter or Chapter 1071.Tex.
