Section 901.508 - Right to Hearing(a) If the board proposes to take disciplinary action against a person under this subchapter, the person is entitled to a hearing before the board or a hearings officer appointed by the board.(b) The board shall establish procedures by which a decision to take disciplinary action under this subchapter is made by or is appealable to the board.
