Section 901.057 - Per Diem; Reimbursement(a) A board member is entitled to receive:(1) $100 for each day that the member conducts board business; and(2) reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in performing board functions.(b) The board by rule may determine the activities that constitute board business.
