Section 702.103 - Certificate of Registration Nontransferable; Application By New Owner(a) A health spa operator's certificate of registration is not transferable.(b) A person who obtains ownership of a health spa by purchase or other transfer shall file an application for a certificate of registration under Section 702.102 not later than the fifth day after the date the person obtains ownership.
