Section 651.056 - Reimbursement; Per Diem(a) A commissioner shall be reimbursed for necessary travel expenses incurred in performing the business of the commission.(b) In addition to reimbursement under Subsection (a), a commissioner shall receive a per diem allowance for each day spent by the commissioner on business of the commission not to exceed 60 days in any calendar year.
