Section 2001.452 - Bingo Account Withdrawals(a) Funds from the bingo account must be withdrawn by electronic funds transfer or by preprinted, consecutively numbered checks or withdrawal slips, signed by an authorized representative of the licensed authorized organization and made payable to a person. A check or withdrawal slip may not be made payable to "cash," "bearer," or a fictitious payee. The nature of the payment made must also be noted on the face of the check or withdrawal slip. The purpose, amount, and payee for each electronic funds transfer must be recorded in accordance with rules adopted by the commission.(b) The checks for the bingo account must be imprinted with the words "Bingo Account" and must contain the organization's bingo license number on the face of each check.(c) A licensed authorized organization shall account for all checks and withdrawal slips, including voided checks and withdrawal slips.Tex.
