Section 2001.414 - Bingo Records(a) The commission by rule may provide for different recordkeeping procedures for licensed authorized organizations by class based on the amount of gross receipts of the organization.(b) An organization conducting bingo must record on a cash register all transactions for which it receives bingo gross receipts in conformance with commission rules relating to transaction recording specifications.Tex.
