Section 1951.501 - Disciplinary Powers of Commissioner Relating to Structural Pest Control(a) In this section, "parent company" means an individual or a partnership, corporation, or other business entity holding one or more structural pest control business licenses.(b) On a determination that an applicant or structural pest control business license holder under a parent company has substantially failed to comply with the standards and rules established by the department under this chapter, after notice and a hearing, the commissioner may refuse to:(1) examine the applicant;(2) issue a license to the applicant; or(3) issue a business license to the parent company.(c) Repealed by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 506, Sec. 7.19(5), eff.
