Section 134.081 - Guidelines for Revision(a) The commission shall establish guidelines for determining the scale or extent of a revision request for which all permit application information requirements and procedures, including notice and hearings, apply.(b) A revision that proposes significant alterations in the reclamation plan is subject at a minimum to notice and hearing requirements.Tex.
