Section 134.059 - Notification By Commission(a) The commission shall notify local governmental bodies, planning agencies, and sewage and water treatment authorities in the locality of a proposed surface coal mining operation that the operator intends to conduct a surface mining operation.(b) The notice shall indicate the application number and the county courthouse in which a copy of the proposed surface coal mining and reclamation plan can be inspected.Tex.
