Section 61.214 - Contents of Application The application shall include:
(1) the name of the applicant;(2) the location and dimensions of the proposed excavation;(3) the property interest or contractual right that enables the applicant to excavate, take, remove, or carry away sand, marl, gravel, or shell; and(4) certification by the county treasurer, or other official exercising similar authority if there is no county treasurer, that the applicant has deposited a filing fee of $50.Tex.
