Section 212.0015 - Construction Of Subchapter

This subchapter may not be construed to restrict a municipality from establishing a submittal calendar to be used by an applicant to facilitate compliance with the approval process described by Sections 212.009, 212.0091, 212.0093, and 212.0095.
