Section 21.004 - Criminal Offense of Interference; Penalty(a) A person commits an offense if the person wilfully resists, prevents, impedes, or interferes with the performance of a duty under or the exercise of a power provided by this chapter.(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
