Section 841.059 - Action By Commissioner and Department After Filing(a) After the charter fee is paid and all items required for a charter under Section 841.058 are filed with the department, the department shall make or cause to be made a full and thorough examination of the domestic insurance company.(b) The domestic insurance company shall pay for the examination under Subsection (a)(2).Amended By Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1022, Sec. 8, eff. 6/19/2009.Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. 6/1/2003.
