Section 443.055 - Decision and Appeals(a) The receivership court shall enter judgment on the petition to commence formal delinquency proceedings not later than the 15th day after the date of conclusion of the evidence.(b) The judgment is final when entered. Any appeal must be prosecuted on an expedited basis and must be taken not later than the fifth day after the date of entry of the judgment.
