Section 2602.007 - Prohibited Use of Protection Provided By Chapter(a) A title insurance company or agent may not advertise or refer to this chapter as an inducement to the purchase of title insurance.(b) The use by a person of the protection provided by this chapter in the sale of insurance is unfair competition and an unfair practice under Chapter 541.Tex. Ins. Code § 2602.007
