Tex. Health & Safety Code § 593.026

Section 593.026 - Regular Voluntary Admission

A regular voluntary admission is permitted if:

(1) space is available at the facility for which placement is requested; and

(2) the facility director determines that the facility provides services that meet the needs of the proposed resident.
