Section 1501.007 - Other Law Applicable; Election Not Required(a) Subtitles A and C and Subchapter B, Chapter 1502, apply to the issuance of bonds under this subchapter except as provided by this subchapter.(b) An election is not required to authorize the issuance of bonds under this subchapter.
