Section 531.02114 - [Repealed Effective 4/1/2025] Dental Director

The executive commissioner shall appoint for Medicaid a dental director who is a licensed dentist under Subtitle D, Title 3, Occupations Code, and rules adopted under that subtitle by the State Board of Dental Examiners.
